Payments & Returns

Payments:

At Cheska’s Soapery we have a number of payment options. Full payment is required prior to shipping products.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Google Pay and PayPal.

Refund Policy:
We believe in looking after our customers as our highest priority and we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us.
If you have any issues with your order please do not hesitate to email us.

Products damaged:
If your item arrives damaged please take a photo and email it to us so we can send you out a replacement.

Wrong order:
If you receive a package that is not what you ordered, please email us directly and we will assist you in getting the products that you wanted.

The product is faulty:
If you believe the product you received is faulty, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist with product exchange or refund. Items sent back with no email will not be refunded or returned.

Change of mind:
Unfortunately, as our products are health and beauty related we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Due to health and hygiene issues all bath and body products must be returned in their original packaging with seals intact. Please be sure to read ingredients carefully before purchasing and if you have any queries in relation to a product please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the event of a parcel having an authority to leave when delivered, items that are lost, damaged or stolen will not be exchanged or refunded.
